What to include if you're reporting a broken game:
- The name of the game
- Your browser and device (for example: Chrome on Android)
- What happened (didn't load, froze, no sound, etc.)
We usually reply within 2–3 days.
For privacy-related requests (access, correction or deletion of your data), write to the same address with the subject line "Privacy request".
